again PC not Mac! why bother doing this is they are all cracked on PC?

Hello.
I have a different problem. I don’t know (I didn’t see the information on the PA website + I don’t know English well) that you cannot use plug-ins in DAW from two accounts at the same time. There were great discounts and I (I'm a newbie, just found out about Plugin Alliance) bought one plugin with a discount in 1 account + bought 2 plugin on the second created Account.
But I found that they cannot be used at the same time (
Help with advice - how should I be? I lost my money? Can I transfer a license from one account to another account?

I'm a beginner in the Plugin Alliance "world" and I need a simple advice !
Activation via USB key is the best option in my context because I move a lot between different studio and different computer.
So I have a question :
If the USB key dies (rare are the reliable keys in the long term), does that equate to a permanently lost license ?
Is there an option to desactivate the hardware attached and restart with another key on the same licence ?

Is it activate any plugin without buying from plugin aliance
