Parents of LGBTQ+ children share why they are proud

I was ok with the first ones until the gender non-comforming child came up. I am NOT ok with that one. Imo, lgbt topics shouldn't be taught to children with extreme detail, just telling them "boys can like boys" or "boys can become girls" is enough. The rest is bettter for only them to discover. After all, that's how I knew about the lgbt and then started to identify myself as bisexual. I personally think LGBT should be something that you discover on your own without the help in your parents. After all, it's a mature subject, and it's better for children to be oblivious about it until they're old enough to truly understand it.

I figured out I was bisexual when I was 11 or 12, and I had nobody and very little outside sources in general to brainwash me into it. I just knew it. I do think these things can hapoen naturally at that age, but my gosh, FREE COOPER! Little dude's got the worst of it all, man. I hope he can recover well when he is out of the house and on his own!

These parents should be ashamed. Children go through many phases in their development and they continue to change as they get older. It is abusive if you are transgender, non binary etc and you push that onto your child. Being non binary etc is only feelings, its not factual. Its how you see yourself. Children learn from what they see and experience in the world around them and if you are telling them that despite having a particular set of genitalia, they are not a boy, a girl or that they are whatever, you are not allowing them to explore their own sexuality, you are putting your dress onto them, your wishes onto them. That is abusive. You want to be identified as whatever? Fine but dont label your kid because of it!!!

This is exactly how trans kids are created. There are many ways a child can get gender dysphoria: their horrible parents, the lgbtq content in their TVs, storybooks and phones, or even in their schools. Children are at the stage of their life where their minds are the most vulnerable and easily influenced by others, when a child is exposed to this disturbing content at a young age they will be curious and this will get stuck in their heads, bringing up questions they shouldn't have at such an age. And if they continue to be exposed to said content, they could eventually end up with the mental illness called "gender dysphoria" which all trans children (jeez even writing "trans children" feels wrong) have. Each time I see kids that end up in this horrible fate I can feel my soul hurt. If no one does anything about this then there will be a disturbing cycle of abused kids that later become parents and abuse other kids too. May god help us all.
