Hey General. The biggest mistake was for the German nation to follow that sick pervert. Nothing you ever did can ever compensate for that failure. So shut up.

1 blocked Gibraltar. Captured the British and French armies in the beginning of the war , Landed in Ireland for a second air attack . Didn't attack London but the rail lines and factorie .Sent the entire air force to attack the allied bombers . Did not declare war the United States . Sent the U boats after the British Navy, Waited another 2 years to attack Russia , and build up the Italian army. Developed an interceptor to compete with the spitfire . Hitler was a poor strategist and politician .All the best .

Among many other things: the "Kampfgruppe" concept was quite successful. A top officer was given an operative task and then he could say "I need 30 tanks, 10 guns, 20 bombers with 10 escort fighters, 2000 infantry etc...". Could be relatively small, or big, it would be ad hoc put together and named after the commander "Kampfgruppe Officername". Once the task was done, it either got readjusted for another task or perhaps it was disbanded. AFAIK the only units that needed absolute top approval were the SS units, simply because those usually remained under some top leader's command (i.e. Hitler, Himmler etc.) or sometimes assigned to some commander in the field as needed.

If the Germans treated the population of USSR in captured areas in a more human way, treating them in a better way than the Soviets, it would have been a big game changer. Another factor not to forget is all the supplies the other Allies provided Stalin. Without that material support and without the population on his side, Stalin would have been "kaput".

I'd say, the reasons for defeat fall in three categories: ideology, hubris, and the personality cult (not necessarily in that order). Examples of ideology at play: letting the Brits go at Dunkirk for they were "fellow Aryans" (that opinion, however, is contested by the viewpoint that this was all due to the internal conflict between Hitler, Goering, and the OKH, which would fall to both the second and the third categories) and treating non-Germanic anti-Soviets as second-class people and thus ignoring their potential in the fight until it was too late (a fun fact is that German propaganda often portrayed the Commies as Mongolids, while in reality, many Asian peoples conquered by the Soviets were very eager to join the fight against Communism, yet they were denied the opportunity on racial grounds). The most famous example of hubris at play was switching from bombing British airfields and HQs to bombing cities just because the Brits bombed Berlin after a mistake by one of the German pilots, and Goering just couldn't leave that unanswered, all reason be gone to Hell. The examples of the personality cult are too numerous to count, but summing up, that would amount to Hitler sacking competent people who dared to contradict him and surrounding himself with "yes-men" (I'd say, that is the doom of all autocrats), and those said "yes-men" telling Hitler not the truth but what they thought he wanted to hear. Of course, everything was WAY more complicated than that, but that's the primitive summary as I see it.
P.S. There's also the psychological "Meine Ehre heisst Treue" thing, which was VERY important to Hitler, for he saw a lot of treason and valued loyalty above all. That is the reason, I think, why he kept the totally incompetent Goering around (and was infuriated when he betrayed him), why he declared war on the US even if he wasn't obliged to by the treaty with Japan, and why, eventually, he mistook pandering for loyalty, surrounding himself with the aforementioned "yes-men".

He conceptuslized armoured combined arms warfare, built the original Panzer Divisions, commanded the exemplary drive through Ardennes and to the ciast at Dunkirk against interferance and similarly to Minsk-Smolensk. His drive to close the Kiev encirclement and the Wyasma - Briyansk which together bagged more thsn 1.3 million Soviet pow's
Are unequalled. In short, the best WW2 general, above Rommel, Patton, Monty or Rundstedt.

Simple. A very capable nation led by madmen. The Germans were pretty much ahead in every scientific endeavor and technology of the day. Their tactics were also well thought out and superior in most cases. But the leadership made haphazard and idiotic decisions and opened way too many fronts. Germany did not have the industrial capacity to outproduce the US. It was also being bombed into oblivion while it attempted to manufacture weapons and munitions. The US had an immense industrial enterprise thousands of miles away and safe. The US outproduced everyone when it came to planes, ships, guns, munitions. You name it. It was American industrial might that won the war in the end.

Hitler made a fatal mistake invading The Soviet Union. Dan Carlin made a good point on a podcast. When you invade France, you take France and it is over. However, when you invade the Soviet Union, they have a virtually infinite amount of land to fall back to. You can never completely defeat them. He had no end-game. There is no way Stalin was going to cede the best part of the Soviet Union and had alll of the land in the world so to speak to fall back to and regroup. Opening the eastern front was colossally stupid.

The other point is that Germany was simply out-produced in terms of war material. There is no way they could keep up with the manufacturing capacity of the US, Britain and the Soviet Union. They would have lost no matter what - it was only a matter of how long it took.

When a German would have never surrendered, they surrendered by the hundreds of thousands, around 425,000. Monsters like Joseph Mengele rose to power and We're doing medical experiments on children

It was a depop.ulation war
America dropped off its extra. They dropped men off on on D Day in parachutes instead of bombs on 5 machine gun nests. They could have air through holes on their boats with shower riddles, even pushed the steel boat gate on bouys and floated a movable shield through the waters and taken position behind it up the beach. They had one last meal for them and fed it to them right before they hit the water. Navy aquatics 101. When boats were taking fire the Commanders ordered to do the gate.

There were 7 million tons of grain one year in Ukraine, only 3 million the next. Stalin invaded and their soldiers cut legs off of people, cooked them and ate them. Then it was about the de-Stalinization of Russia.

When there was enough food to feed the people WW2 ended.

Don't tell them it's a depop.ulation war, let them die as heroes. Problem with that: they'll not know the real reason and become baby boomers, everyone will overpopulate again soon beyond the planets ability to feed them

The sun got hotter, maybe another star hit it, this planet has been thawing and getting less rain

A good chance in most places of the world someone will eat your body and loved ones bodies when they die or donate organs

If the earth has to go every curable fever causing virus released at the same time and probablly the whole thing is done in 1 week, people would probablly go to sleep and go from exhaustion

Bacterial cysts, malaria, a superbug, etc, I don't think any would survive

When they keep releasing one at a time everyone gets stronger but your always getting sick. The stupid thing with Coronnna is that people didn't go Pauly, they suffocated for 13 minutes and drowned in their lungs, and it was an epic fall for 21. The people whom the flu would have killed went with that instead, but the suffocated for 13 minutes

And take school shooters to a wharehouse and leak out the video and it will end. I had a dream of an iron X cross with a hook blade in the center, the Universe said "It hurts back." You're policy of never punishing anyone with equal pain brings torment on the innocent and never stops it. Take one to a wharehouse, who wants to do the next one?

Half the world world take home a fentynal overdose say thanks and get to leave, you'll have enough food to feed everyone and the poorest will have 2 houses 2 cars a cow and ice cream, and oil to last the planet. Why do unnecessary depop.ulation wars? Or they will. They do late in life abortions for your extra people

Then you can close the coffins
Say bye to zombies

The rats made a virus to kill the people to eat the people. Bubonic plague, corrona

With what's coming you want everyone who doesn't want to be here to be able to get out of here

Legalize and make available a synthetic opioid take home drink with a micro serial number, you can verify who was the purchaser if someone died and didn't buy one.

You're about to have 1/2 of what you do now, hurry up or send your kids to war or virsuses again. People are going to bed hungry because they're forcing half the world to be here that doesn't want to be here. Why are you in a depression even with them?

Or someone will do every curable fever causing virus all at once and wipe it all.

I know the answer. Dont go to war with three world powers at the same time. The british declared war on germany, but germany should have defeated the british before going after the soviets and hitler absolutley did not need to declare war on the US. Hitler should have abondoned the japanese after they foolishly bombed pearl harbor. Its all on timing and the japanese felt the time was right, but germany should have stayed out of that and stayed neutral with the US.

Germany had no idea that the US sent the Soviets over 200,000 Studebaker trucks, which not only permitted the Soviets to bypass cities fortified by the Germans, but also meant that offensives did not depend on reconstructing rail lines, as the German offensives in 1941 were dependent on the reconstruction of Soviet narrow gauge rail lines to German standard gauge.

Operation Barbarossa was the blunder of Hitler. While Soviet Union was his ally, there was no need to distrust Stalin, who was taken by surprise. There are many reasons of the failure of the operation, for instance, the Russian terrain especially Rasputitsa, extreme cold which halted the German offensive at Moscow and it's vastness.Apart from that the German two prong strategy failed against Stalingrad because of operation blue having been exposed .
