Wow you got upgrades your first time in Ulduar? I quit my last guild the end of BC. I never missed a raid and I still didn't have one piece of gear while other people were geared and bringing in their alts. Shadow priests need more love :(

Try to score more killing blows on fights with adds. The mana from proc is notable..and dps boost.

Why did u multidot on Assembly? They heal theyself full hp after any of bosses die.

On council don't you have to reapply SWP manually when standing in the rune to get the bonus % stuff from it for the applied dot? Like on Thaddius when you get the polarity stacks or on Loatheb when you get the spore buff, or on Maly when you get the spark buff?
