With package shipping amazone must deblope network of agents like ups stores fed express at stores like staples and boxes at truck stops like ups and fedex. If they can provide good service it may work. As a trucker getting paperwork to home office i need flawless service 100 percent of time. No store want to help their competition fedex and ups dont sell products stores wont allow amazon having drop boxes on stores or distribution centers

I wonder why Amazon needs to charge me 409.17 to send unopened items back to their seller , so the seller could resell and make a profit. Sent me emails telling me to send items then send Amazon my receipts and I would be reimbursed. I was charged 409.17 by Fedex and I have been reimbursed. I spent 409.17 and have nothing to show for that money WHY?

Their shipping sucks ! Doesn’t come on time ! I call in and their customer service wasn’t any help to me . They put me with some 3rd world country support that I barely understand . WTH man . They put a 3 rd party my son medicine doesn’t come on time and my parents medicine . No one have time keep calling in asking where my package is

Amazon is NOT "more efficient" at delivering that FedEx and UPS.... Amazon is only cost efficient by under paying it's delivery drivers. Staffing with low wage and low benefit contractor employees does not yield a consistent, reliable delivery network.

as a amazon driver, the amount of benefit you get for the amount of work you have to do as a driver is surreal, you are basically seen as a animal than a human , you have super tight expectation and if you don't meet them they act like how you'd be treated if you was going to bootcamp. if you are looking for a opportunity that actually values their workers amazon is not the way to go.
