Feels like this game has a lot of good ideas for gameplay mechanics and good monster designs but the level design and some needless mechanics really dampens the enjoyment of them a bit.

A lot of these sections feel like they would be a lot more fun but youre constantly asking "What the fuck do I do now??" or "Where the fuck do I go now???" which sucks the fun out. (Ive seen other players struggle too so I dont think its just you)

Like the enviornments look great when you stop to look at them but its so easy to get lost cause theyre often too cluttered, too dark, theres lots of misleading paths and doors, and a lot of the things youre supposed to find are easy to overlook or miss entirely. And theres a bunch of little things that make simple actions feel needlessly complicated for the sake of "gameplay".

Still like the game overall but it definitelty has some clear faults

What takes me out of these games more than anything else, are the news reports that were clearly written by someone who has never seen, heard, or read a news report before and is only aware of them by rough description. They don't report on missing organs, they don't make accusations, everything starts with "allegedly", and nobody would think a neighbor is a weird criminal simply because he goes to work early and comes back late. A lot of people do that.

I feel like you should not have played this game with a headache, if you're unable to fully immerse yourself in this game it's not worth it
