Unfortunately i cant eat any nuts but im able to drink almond milk odd enough my lips swell up when ever i eat nuts its an allergy its anyways hard for me to walk up stairs i have fallen down the stairs at the start of this year had a big fall down the stairs also fell in the shower a few days ago and hit my head on the metal bar that i was holding on to to stand up fell again there was a bump on my head im fine now

I was hoping that some of your recommended foods would be pizza/wings and ice cream!!!
I really appreciate your videos and I'm sure I echo that opinion of alot of your subscribers!!
So a "one a day " multi-vitamin would not satisfy the magnesium quota? For me, nutrition is always an issue, your knowledge and advice is so helpful!!!

Great video!!!! Was wondering of zinc pills would work as well as the foods that contain zinc.
Also, have you heard of
ASMR (autonomic sensory meridian response) that latest on Tik Tok and popular with young teens to fall asleep.

how can i sleep more whenever i sleep 1hr in day cause i heard 8 9 hrs sleep is imp for athletes i cant sleep at night ,,so i cant sleep 8 hrs a day
