Hey guys thanks for all your valuable info. Is there any point in setting up pixel if you don't sell directly via your website at the moment? If not is it still worth using ads without pixel? thank you!

Detailed targeting is completely dead. The algo does it great. Boost Instagram reels for profile views / followers directly in the app to the options of "People like my followers". Boost Facebook image posts for engagement in Facebook ONLY but do gender and age targeting, you want this only on the feed in Facebook. Then run a conversion campaign for sales in ads manager for actual sales with all the customization but open targeting aside from age and gender. Spend the majority of your budget on the conversion campaign. I promise you with this mix you will get A. Very good ROAS and B. a significant increase in follower count. This mix works absolutely amazing for us and much better just a conversion campaign and the data collection is just huge because the profile view / engagement posts get really great CPMs. You get first party data along with the pixel data collection. Forget targeting.

My son had a tyre shop in Australia and apart from sponsoring race car shows...dohhh, he used to use only fbk posts and boosted posts, $20 twice a week on average...for years...and had a 7 fiqure annual turn over. Obviously he knew exactly what his market wanted and spoke to that, as he was one of them...and used all the same gear he was selling. He sold the shop after 25 years in business and has since retired. You guys are a treasure. I comprehend everything you say. I subbed. Thankyou so much.

Hi when you pause or delete a boosted post on Instagram do they cut the whole budgeted amount of only what was spent?

Great video! I learned a lot. I believe Ads are more good to use than boosted posts. Ads provide broader access to all audiences, though the disadvantage of this is time-consuming.

The only upside for boosting is that it seems that it is better at getting profile visits that convert to followers than doing anything in ads manager.

You can actually add targeted interests in Boosted posts also. Maybe not as specific, but Boosting has worked quite well for me given how complex ads manager is to set up. I watched the tutorial many times and it's just way too complicated linking IG to an Facebook account, not to mention the other problems that arise with linking to a Facebook (profile impersonation, hacking, being a micro-influencer (5-10K following) Creator ... not an actual business). I feel Boosting has it's merits, especially given how inexpensive it is for smaller accounts.

As always great content but i
Got an unrelated question for you though..
On Monday many people including two of my friends and some high profile accounts were demonitized and lost their subscription areas on Instagram. No reason given and no replies from appeals. None of the accounts posted anything in the proceeding day and the only thing they have now is a demonitized check on status ???
Also since being demonitized they can't see anyone else's sub area. Not even the crown on home page
Any ideas what the heck is going on??
