This was so helpful for my 10 year old. We are talking about catheterizing her this way because the regular way is painful and traumatizing for her. This really gave her hope. Which is what we really need right now.

Although I don’t have this.
At age 10 a dr told me I’m gonna cath you.
I was like ah ok.
I remember going into this room and seeing all this stuff and nurse says I’m gonna clean you off.
I looked down and was like WTF.
Then the dr had a cath and said stay calm.
Then it hit me what he was gonna do.
I fought. They ended knocking me out and I woke up with one in.
4 days later they went to remove it but the. Balloon wouldn’t deflate. But dr was yanking away ( haha )
Ended up back in surgery. Woke up without it.
Ye ha.
Now I go to pee.
Wtf I was like fire.
I was damaged as a kid. Lmao

I am 10 turning 11 and before the surgery and I had to wear daipers and I got surgery and I fixed it you can do it just belive

Being born without a urethra is hard I had to we're Pampers for the 1st 14 years of my life now I'm catheter rising
I also was bullied for it but some friends said it's only cuz there jealous because I have catheter problems and I have friends and they don't
