You do good work, enjoyed and learned some things, the only issue with the video was, that I had to fast forward through you putting up every door and window in, a little editing, like one or two, door installation scenes for the 12 identical doors, one for closet door because it's a different type of door, still great work, enjoyed the video.

I’m not a professional and just watch the pros like yourself do it. Can anyone explain why one side of the shower wall had a plastic moisture barrier but not the other sides ?

I don't like that no vapor barrier and insulation was placed on the floor before putting up walls. Mike Holmes recommends doing this because cement absorbs moisture.

wow this was amazing. I live in St. Louis and have a 1400 sq ft basement but would need to dig out windows for the proper zoning code for 'egress' windows. Don't know if its possible. I have added a 1/2 on the first floor and put in the plumbing so a bathroom could be put in the basement.
Do you have any contacts of your near calibre I could contact? I have 2 years until I retire so that's my window for completion. Would love to know what the estimated budget was for this project. I think I would want to keep storage in a similar way but the egress might or might not be a sticking point. Appreciate any infor. You did a very engaging video of a magnificently professional job. I learned a lot about construction and refinishing just in this video. Well done!
