I find it strange about frame rates at this time. I still shoot 35mm film camera minolta a-9 12 fps from 1998.
I know this video is 4 yrs old at this time.

Jared, your videos are great, Man! Always! Always very informational, informative, helpful, fun, etc. Sincerely, I appreciate all of the effort/time you put into making these videos (with help of course). It helps me out a lot!
I've been out of the photography game for a while, sold most of my Nikon equipment, but am thinking about getting back in and was unsure and apprehensive of these new mirrorless cameras. But after this video, I gotta say, I feel pretty comfortable with taking on a mirrorless (I'm thinking the Z6). The great auto-focus of mirrorless and quality of video (with silence) are very enticing features for myself, and you being so excited about them does instill confidence in myself as a former enthusiast.
I'm gonna have to check it out ;)

I own a D4 and a Z6 as second Body or for Video issues. Since i sold my D3 a couple of weeks ago, i will buy now my last DSLR - a Nikon D5. It will be my workhorse together with the D4 till i change completely to the Z System. In front of that, i like to own the Z trinity and than i will buy a Z9 or a Z8.

if u are on lower budget, just look for D700 d3s or D4

Hi, as per my observation, image quality of D810 is better than Z7 II. I used 70-200 f2.8 lens on both the bodies. F mount lens adapted on to Z mount with adapter. I strongly believe there is an image quality difference.

Jared, after watching about 6 of your video's on the Z7, Z7ii, Z6ii and Z6, I learned so much that I knew what I needed commensurate with my skills and my desire, AND my wallet, so I just ordered the Z6 with 2 lens, and a lens attachment to enjoy my F4s camera lenses again. Why are the camera companies pushing mirrorless cameras? Don't they care about the consumers any more? It makes me mad that I've got a ton of money in my DSLR equipment and they push this new mirrorless camera, that I will not buy, I'm just tired of spending all this money.

Bought my D3100 in 2011, its been 10 years i squeezed a lot out of that d3100 its been a great cam for me, now i am in the market for an upgrade and things have changed a lot since then, i am more leaning towards mirrorless but i dont want that adaptor thing to use my old collection f mount lenses. If i go mirrorless way i will definitely go for Sony.

Is it worth to change from my d4 to z 6ii?

I am mostly a portrait photographer. I like my fps. But I am slightly touching of videos now. I have a d610 currently. Now I know you suggested for videos for the mirrorless but worth buying saying with all the f mounts i have from my previous lenses money-wise? Thinking that way I am leaning on the D850 but also looking to the Z6/Z6ii. Suggestions please?

As professionals say - 90% just own cameras and 10% use them !!! . My suggestion - get D850 or canon equivalent if you can throw cash and start using it . It will take at least three years to master every feature in camera - not kidding !!

Great video, I know it’s a bit dated since Nikon introduced the Z6ii cameras. I was thinking of getting the Z6ii, however, I have two concerns, Nikons financial situation, and, adding a lens to these the Z6ii or Z7ii make them big and heavy. Thanks for the video, you did a awesome job as always.

Definitely not Z*! Nikon loose all mind, setting ENORMOUS prices! F*** 'em and all their production. Endless compromises and only in $4000 camera you can see camera is properly done!
