one couple r scammer no paid rent n left they came to me n left without pay n someone lied to give rent n received fee but no rent place

I was scammed by a fake employer in Australia last September 15 , the scammer nowadays is making a fake employer email and you will find them In a job ads. Like the boss job app, first it will look like a legit employer they will give you a written interview after that they will tell you that you pass and they will email you a visa procedure that you need to send your original passport compulsory via fedex/DhL to Australian immigration in Sydney to process your subclass (186 visa) to commence your visa. The scammer will make another email with a fake immigration email address so that they can control you for whatever they want. Like what happened to me, they ask me. that I need to pay my passport border for 135aud, and I paid it because I trust the process, but when I check and call the immigration in South Australia they are not aware of that kind procedure and they said that they are not asking for original passport overseas to process any visa. Now I don't have my passport I also lost my U.S visa attached to my passport now I'm so stressed I don't know where I'm going to start again. So please guys read this and understand it.

I have some doubts related to a work visa in Australia. Some one approached me for Australia work visa and they are saying that first they give visitor visa and then after reaching Australia they will convert into some trade visa or something else for working Australia and after one year we need to give around 3 lakh for the authorities in Australia for converting work visa . Is this genuine?
