Charlie, I crushed my note 20ultra navigation bar (right corner).I lost TOUCHED RESPONSES but was able unlock and disable the lock screen with the S-PEN! I made some progress with a wired mouse but s-pen was Best. I can use phone that way but lost the " pinch to zoom " ability.....just saying- some hope for note / ultra owners.

Will the usbc to hdmi&usb dongle work if my screen is fully broken with no hope of entering the passcode & its restarted?

Hey, does samsung dex works on every samsung phone Or just high end S series Or note series? I have one M31 phone n touch working but screen gone blank after it fall.

Thanks, Charlie! Your video is really thoughtful and detailed. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy A53, and it works best for me when I use the direct USB connection to transfer files. I haven't been able to figure out what's happening with DeX or the monitor methods, as my screen stays completely black. The best I can do is unlock my phone and allow USB file transfer. When attempting to use DeX on my PC, it never detects that my phone is connected, even after unlocking it. Similarly, with the monitor method, my monitor can't seem to detect the phone, but actually, the monitor and the adapter work perfectly fine when connected to my PC.

Hi charlie I'm in a predicament I have a Samsung s22fe that I forgot my pincode and haven't backed up anywere like find my fone or Samsung find function the only options I have is to enter the pin every 24hrs I've been tryn this for some time I took to Samsung and they told me only option is to master reset/wipe it I know how to do this but I need the data photos/files I've been on XDA developers and had no luck am a little tech savvy so I know a little any help would be great thanks 4 taking the time to read this.

Ugh i swear me locking my phone and where the phone broke was the worst i cannot see anything going on its so bad and idk what i can do bc i put a code, a fingerprint, and a pattern. Its like i almost had something and now im back at square 1

Here is my problem, i have a note 10 plus with a totally damaged screen, when i connect a usb c to hdmi adaptor, am able to connect a mouse and keyboard, when I successfully unlock the phone with my pin it quickly restarts and tries to launch Dex but it gets stuck in a dex boot loop
