It's only jogging,no other workouts,no blends with aerobics,or any jumping and jogging for 34 minutes...
It's difficult and disgusting to do

ОтветитьBeing a medical student, it is hard to go gym.. Found this.. I had a recent wt gain 63 kg, 172 cm.. So dicided to do this.
Day 1 : ✅️completed.. 2 rounds sweating alot.. Completed 4 rounds.. Hard bt took some break in between...
Ples like to remind me to do😄
Day 2:✅️completed 3 rounds..sweated alot
Day 3:✅️..weight became 62.5.i had combined other cardio n diet with this n skipping rope too..
Day 4:✅️ bt was tired did 2 rounds only
A bit over halfway through my calves were cramping so it was really hard to keep running, but instead of stopping I kept the 10s off 30s on tempo with whatever other workout moves I could remember off the top of my head. Like bicycle crunhces, squats, bridges..etc. I had to skip a couple of them but I stayed for the whole 34 mins. Proud of myself 🎉💪🏻

ОтветитьI've done this + shadow boxing. Or static jump(skipping with no skipping rope). Trust me fast result. Loss 10+kg in 2-3weeks.

This is a great workout if your trying to get back into shape. I will try doing this six days a week..I'm already seeing results after a week!

ОтветитьIf you go run outside and actually run you'll burn even more calories.. Just feels kinda weird to go through the effort of adjusting your mindset and getting ready to work out only to make it less efficient.

ОтветитьI have been doing my running workouts on and off through this method. It still works and is better than buying a treadmill which I had previously considered. There is no cost involved. When you think treadmills can easily break down and then it's having someone on hand to fix them, this is a much easier alternative.
