ОтветитьGlad i found you! Dl is my strongest lift. I just met my 2x mark, so i can lift 240. I wss stuck for a few weeks, and realized i needed to focus more on leg drive and grip strength. Im still double oh and conventional. Thanks for leg drive reminder. I took your advice and the next week i finally had broken my plateau.

ОтветитьFunny how eddie hall's tips are the complete opposite:
1. Not point your toes out and keep your feet pointed forward
2. Have a stance at least shoulder width apart
3. Use a wider grip
Theyre both great deadlifters, but personally, i agree with Jamals tips more
Jamal makes me wanna hit the gym this evening keeping his tips in mind. I feel like my next session will be much better when i focus more on the push rather than pull.

ОтветитьSerious question for all the guys. For feet being a bit narrower, do your balls not get in the way? I do a similar stance but feet pointed a bit more outwards so my knees are also out. idk if other guys run into the issue of your thighs pressing against your balls lol it's a funny question but i'm serious about it LOL

any tips for overtensioned musculus psoas major/musculus iliacus during the deadlifts/rdl's/squats? i feel kinda burning in my lower stomach near the groin area during the "hip pushing forward movement"
