Audible Plus vs Audible Premium Plus

So, I have to assume that the 7.95 per month audio book catalogue has less choices than the 14.95 plan? I have no intention of reading any book twice, so I don't see the need for the higher priced plan unless there just aren't enough choices in the cheaper plan. I currently use the free library audio books but I'm always struggling to complete a book series because they inevitably don't have the complete set, so frustrating. Your thoughts on this would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

If I cancel my Audible Plus subscription, will I lose access to listening to all the audiobooks I bought in the past?

So ,

I have to pay for membership
And I have to pay for each audiobook I want to listen?

Or

I have to pay for membership and I have unlimited access to only some audiobooks. And other select titles I have to buy?

Been using my local library but it is so hard to get books I want to listen to…I may have to give Audible a try 🤔
