Kya GST No Lene ke baad Current account Kholna hi padta Hai ? Agar Nahi khole to chalega ? Agar Nahi khole to kuch Nuksan hote Hai Kya ?

Can i apply for gst registration again once it has already rejected bcoz of not replying within the given time? Pls answer

laid down under Section 55 of Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999. The agreement has to be
compulsorily registered to be valid and invalid Rental agreements are not acceptable as supporting
documents for GST Regn. in terms Notfn. 03/2017-CT Dt:19.06.2017.



Aisa clarification notice receive huva hai. Agar mera rent agreement registered nahi hai ( lekin notarized hai) to kya vo invalid hoga.
