Did not help at all. I do have App on my TV and I have paired my TV thru Alexa App, gave it a name, the whole nine yards....when I click on Bosch S1, E1, only get a bright pink screen. I've tried multiple times. Still only pink screen screen. Tried other titles, pink screen....so frustrating. Help!!!!!

I live in the UK ... Have got Prime on my laptop, where I cwatched quite a few series ... Tried it on my TV ... It wants me to sign in with my Amazon account BUT there's no way to type anything ...= ???
So I went back and again tried, same thing, then ALL films I can choose were on !! I have saved quite a few films and series on my laptop ... BUT NOT SYNCED THOUGH = ???? I was logged in Amazon at the time. Wonder if it' ll work when am not ... Certainly none of the films saved on laptop show as priority on TV ... Bewildering !!
Will try later with laptop turned off, and come back here with results ... Thought eletrocnics were here to make our life simpler :) ... Waste of time (and money) a lot of the time ... :(
