How to Add and Remove PDF Watermark on Windows

Transparent text is found in my printout but I can't find it in my publisher for editing.

Didn't worked...waste of time...it can only remove watermarks if the watermark is from this soft

It's showing no water mark detected.
May be you can add water mark.
