Do you need to go out to access the 2nd floor? Or is there any direct access from the garage going to the 2nd floor?
ОтветитьI need this place. I could put my studio downstairs. ❤❤❤
ОтветитьThe green is ugly.
ОтветитьAaron Burr, sir? No thanks, that's some bad juju right there.
ОтветитьTried too hard to give it that 'unique' modern look that is took away some function. Also the security situation is a bit concerning.
Ответитьtacky interior, no charm. will look dated in no time.
ОтветитьAmazing!!!
ОтветитьDecent spot but id say worth no more than 6 to 7m
Ответитьnah this aint it
Ответитьfine
ОтветитьNot to be critical, but I'm surprised no one poured the rain water out of the patio chairs prior to filming.
ОтветитьIt's all well and good, but um... what about the vis-à-vis? Because it's a supermassive deal breaker, imo. Don't rich people care about that aspect of the deal?
ОтветитьObsessed with the exposed historic elements that’s my fav part !
ОтветитьWhat's the point of buying a historic home that's had it's history erased?
ОтветитьDamn this is better then five floor with no elevator for 22milliom...
ОтветитьI like it. My particular quirk is to be able to go from the lower level into the home without going back outside. I'm going to assume that there's a possibility of that happening.
ОтветитьA wonderful renovation. Love it.
Ответитьso easy to break in, especially this garage :/
ОтветитьThese places r beautiful but a lot of them got way too many stairs. I pay that much give me an elevator.
ОтветитьUgly renovation seriously. What's with that hideous fire pit 😅😅😅
Ответитьthe older looks way better, lmao
Ответитьnah bro as a car guy i was sold the instant i saw the garage/ living room open concept 😂
ОтветитьThat off centered in the master bathroom though
ОтветитьTotal fail on the design. Especially on the outside space.
Ответитьincredible space with very rare garage. i see a security issue though with a garage right on the street especially at night, you would live like Charlton Heston in the omega man depending on what creatures crawl around in this neighborhood. the fire pit is nice but i would change to push button gas rather than a smoky burning mess. the neighbors certainly have a front seat to your life here, i would entertain them with a satanic fire pit ritual to freak them out.
Ответить👌Rich as in beautiful scene's of the property, but, the property will actually be over ten millions dollars by the time the seller/s and or bankers customer service persons add on taxes and or other cost and or fees to the sell of the advertised cost of almost ten millions of dollars that's unreal as in toooooooooo much monies in my fair belief of persons also would have the responsibility to have to pay for gas, electricity, water and other wear and or tears of housing persons would be expected to pay to maintain, maintenance, to keep nice and decent and clean the inside and the outside of the housing connections responsibility, and some advertiser's think that they can make cost of housing higher or high because of who they say to have lived in in the past; of which I wouldn't be for, for each reason that I wrote about amongst this comment sections, I'd be against buying if I had the monies to buy because the advertiser's advertisement about the joint appears as unfair and or unreal political advertising for persons to get wronged cheated and or abused about if do for buying.
Ответитьso does how you go
ОтветитьI'm curious if the brick keeps it cold during winter
ОтветитьReally nice. Beautifully renovated but it feels over priced! Best hope you have nice neighbours.
ОтветитьMan parkt im house!!😜
Ответить10M $, it looks like everyone can break in to the garage, also, absolutely no privacy on the terrace. I Don't understand people buying these properties in NYC
ОтветитьThis lanky body and tiny head is making me uncomfortable.
ОтветитьThe glass wall master bedroom is an epic fail.
ОтветитьWhere can I get the blueprint for this. I want to build this down here in Florida
ОтветитьWhat an awesome House!!! My only gripe would be the master bedroom with the see through wall. Was that acrylic or glass coming up the stairs? Maybe there’s a way to hang a curtain or pull down blinds? Otherwise, the home is quite beautiful 😀👍🏾!
ОтветитьDanish Design furniture, would make the home even more beautiful.
ОтветитьThis is a no.
ОтветитьI actually liked the parlor level more the way it was before. It was so cozy. Now everything is so neutral.
Ответитьlooked better when was original, now is just another blah blah new rich no class house
ОтветитьThe place was a 1000 times better before renovation, now it looks like an average render made by a first year student.
ОтветитьI really like this place and even some of what they turned it into. But there is some head-scratching decisions made. First the open shelving in the Kitchen. I love that they reuse the beams and thought the shelves look great in the living room area, however, for a kitchen of that size, open shelving doesn't make sense. The kitchen isn't that large and I didn't see a pantry, so where are all the kitchen stuff going to live. Second, that bedroom peek-a-boo window from the staircase. That's a privacy nightmare. Even if you're living alone, most people don't want others peeking into their bedroom. Third, the window in the master bathroom. That should be opaque. People across the street can see right through it. Overall, there just seems to be a lack of thought given to privacy. It's like they designed a showroom without considering that real people have to live there. Of course, if you have $10M for a house, these are easy things to fix and change.
ОтветитьI liked it more before the renovation. I love this vintage stile. And again thousand times nicer than those penthouses in the skyscrapers.😂
ОтветитьThey turned a charming historic space into generic tech bro bat cave.. sad..
ОтветитьA beautiful place!🙌
ОтветитьIn the hour pick up ⚒️⚒️⛏️⛏️
Ответитьi can smell the water on the tired in my home... no thanks. and cooking on. that deck with hundreds of people looking around - not for me
ОтветитьNice 1829 forget about it
ОтветитьWhats that heating bill looking like?
ОтветитьFire pit is to low.
ОтветитьAre you Aaron Burr sir? Hands down one of the most unique living spaces we have toured on the channel! Comment what your favorite feature and if you would pay $10,000,000 for a piece of NYC history.
