Just follow everything and its working well expect one thing when i set the ram speed to 6000mhz it dont boot i have to level it for auto any idea why or its normal?

I was able to reproduce this for the most part on an Asus ROG Strix B650-A Gaming mobo, 7800x3d and Corsair Titanium DDR5-6000. However, the memory latency completely tanked, going from Passmark 41 latency to 100+. Did I miss something?

Can i use this timings on flare x5 6000mhz and b650-a wifi
And ryzen 7 7800x3d?

Great video. If you could sometime maybe try to Maximize the speed for the following memory - CORSAIR Vengeance RGB 192GB (4 x 48GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 5200 (PC5 41600). I bought this on Ebay for $500 + Tax Free shpping. At stock speeds that my Asus ProArt X670-E Creator Wif + Ryzen 9 7950X3D train it at - it's rock solid. I haven't tried to Overclock the memory but with how responsive my system is _ I don't feel it's necessary. This ram kit is certified for Intel XMP. I am not aware of any 192gb ddr5 memory kits certified for AMD Expo. If you know of any AMD Expo memory kits @ 128gb+ please let me know - thank you.

6000 CL28-36-28-30 cofiguration not working with my 2x16GB Kingston Fury Beast RGB 6000 CL36 (A-die), it will stuck at code A6.
6200 CL30-38-38 configuration is working, though.

Hey guys due to budget restraints and availability, I ended up going with a kingston fury 6000 cl 40-40-40, I am new to overclocking so I was wondering if I could overclock it to cl 30 at 6000mhz. I got the 7800x3d and i know cl 30 6000 is the sweet spot but I couldn't get that kit.

I think you need more than 1.43v VDD for 6200MT/s stability.

I’ve been running 6200MT/s CL28-37-34-30 (tight subs) 2200 FCLK - R7 7800X3D - Asus ROG Strix X670E-F / 1807

VDD: 1.50v
VDDQ/ IO: 1.30v
VSOC: 1.25v

Stable:
Linpack 75 loops (~ 71 secs per loop) - 397.68 GFlops average -no errors.
MemTestPro: over %2000 - no errors.
Ycruncher VT3: 2 hours no errors.
Daily use / gaming: flawless.

My final adjustment for stability was dropping VDDQ/IO from 1.35v to 1.30v. Been running flawlessly since.

PYprime: 7.688
Aida64 latency kinda sucks at 59.3ns..regardless performance is good.
GeekBench 3 (64-bit paid version) memory: 15083
TimeSpy CPU: 14857 top 1%

I disabled power down and it gave me the middle finger. It would boot up normally, but when I restarted the PC it would just get stuck loading Windows forever. When I went to the BIOS to enable it again it would freeze after clicking "save and exit", forcing me to hard reset the PC. The changes were saved anyway, but Windows wouldn't load up still. I had to repair Windows from the BIOS both times I tried disabling power down

Works like a charm just to apply the timings you have set on a die kit rated 6000 cl30 1.4v... bios acts strange tho, you set a voltage and you might find when you increase it that remains stuck at the previous set value... not sure if this is a agesa bug or relates to gigabyte only.

I managed to get FCLK to boot and be stable at 2200mhz setting up your voltages and timings but I realized that even setting up manually your timing and subtiming if amd expo is active it will override my manual settings. Do you confirm this? I checked in windows with AIDA the timings of the ram and it looks like so. Also a thing that is confusing me is the actual performance improvement by raising the FCLK. Best case scenario would be to run it at 3ghz if ram speed is at 6ghz, but if ram is at 6ghz is it actually beneficial to put the FCLK at 2200mhz? Or is it better to keep it at 2000Mhz? Another thing. I run a memory stability test overnight and ram got me no errors but what software should I use to check the stability of Infinity fabric?

I was able to get 2200Mhz FCLK to boot, but then I loses my second GPU from being detected from PCH (used a M.2 to PCIE adaptor with independent x16 power), and the maximum I could get is 2067MHz

If I am running my DDR 5 memory at 6000mhz, the FCLK should be 2000 correct? Since anything higher than that, there is no real benefit to gaming at all.

Is vCore SOC only for the Infinity Fabric Speed etc.? So if I can get 2133MHz with UCLK=MEMCLK running and want to tighten the timings / clocks of the ram sticks, I would only need to touch VDDIO, VDD, VDDQ? Do you have any references for 6400 CL32? Currently, running 6400CL32-38-38-38-38@21333 with GDM=off and automatic timings at vSOC 1.15, VDDIO, VDD, VDDQ=1.3. And was wondering which voltages I could try to drop. PS: For some reason, VDDCR_SOC Voltage is defaulted to 1.2v once I adjust the mem clocks or timings altough set to 1.15v in the bios. At the same time, CPU VCORE SoC is reported at 1.15v.

Did you try lowering VDDP from 1.15V to 0.95V and VDDIO to around 1.3V. i noticed while testing that I could achieve better timings and stable clocks by leaving VDDP on 0.95V instead of 1.15V and also not going over 1.25V to 1.3V for VDDIO, not sure why.

Hey buildzoid, you are not alone! I too cannot do 6200 with my 7700X CPU no matter what I try.

I am amazed you can turn the Vcore SOC down to 1.2V, I always thought you needed at minimum 1.25V for high speed memory (that is what I set mine to).

Tried this on a gigabyte b650 aorus elite ax with a good g.skill m die kit, everything works, except TRP+TRC, i couldn't modify those at all, gotta keep at 36-68, problem is that "it seems stable", but it caused me audio crackling (and one time even a sound card crash) in games, for whatever reason. Anyone got any idea on why?
