I think i have a theory why kris froze and take the hit to die. so when you activate snowgrave route then fight spamton. You get a message at the bar saying "you wispered noells(idk how to spell her name lol) name". Not kris saying he wispered her name. "YOU" whispered her name. Aka: you. The player. So when kris fought noell, he decided to tqke matters into his own hands and takes over movement to kill him self. So that he can restart and redo everything over again.

Noelle casually biting the hand that fed her

Ice really does have a magic that can't be controlled. This animation is incredible. I need this to become a real fangame where you fight Noelle but she has this kind of power I also love the "your determination is fading" part because determination is presented as some sort of all powerful force that can nothing can ever break in Undertale and in Deltarune so if it's fading that truly shows how powerful Noelle really is if she can break through an indestructible force but there's more to it than that but I'll get to that soon (I'm going to assume Noelle doesn't have determination) I also love the concept of what I like to call the duality of winter because snow and ice can be seen as two different things and those things are complete polar opposites (hehe) one is the beautiful winter wonderland you hear so much about In Christmas songs nowadays I don't think I need to describe it further but the second one is far darker and much less talked about snow is still very cold and freezing to death exists not many people talk about how winter was in days long past it was something people dreaded growing crops became impossible entire wars would be put on hold so that both armies could survive the bitter cold with whatever rations they had think about that the most sustainable food source gone albeit only temporarily but still long enough to kill and then wars typically described as the meat grinder of hell and basically unstoppable in the moment and yet that force of pure power and terror is put to a screeching halt because of winter nobody talks about how powerful the forces of winter (and nature in general) are and how many lives were lost because of those forces either freezing out in the "beautiful winter wonderland" or starving to death In a house where you've run out of food even in modern times like those unfortunate souls that are now used as landmarks on mount everest and people who got buried in mountain avalanches. Hell the cold relates to death and fear in so many ways when you die you go cold when your scared you get goosebumps sure snow and ice are beautiful but they're also extremely dangerous this animation perfectly presents the darker and extremely deadly side of snow and ice and how it can make you lose hope it can break you and your will which is why your determination is fading is such a powerful and accurate phrase to me winter is powerful beyond belief people probably still suffer from it today in places less fortunate it's also kind of interesting to me if you look at media people with ice related powers are either depicted as powerful villains or sweet innocent and usually good looking individuals if you ask me ice is one of the most powerful abilities anybody can have because of how flexible it is and all the things it can be used for ice powers give exceptional offesnsive and defensive capabilities and an equally useful amount of mobility again showing how powerful winter is it's like everybody knows about the dangers of winter yet refuses to talk about it subconsciously I've never met anybody who would talk about this even I don't bring it up

Alr I'll shut up now cuz I've gone and written an entire essay but you get the point winter is beautiful powerful dangerous and cold (hehe) and also just plain terrifying

Honestly it's not that bad but there is a lot to improve. Starting, Hollow knight OST doesn't fit. This is deltarune. This has to be either from deltarune, Undertale other toby's work or completely new. Using someone else's work would lead to being sued, and it just doesn't fit thematically.Second is that soul wouldn't behave like that. It seemingly randomly yet conviniently changes it's speed. The ice heart also wouldn't work. It has to be simple, mainly one colored designs like in Undertale sice 69% of it carries over to deltarune. Ice heart is just too detailed. Also you could explain speed changes by saying that it's ice heart's mechanic but it would be terrible mechanic. Speaking of terrible mechanics, some atacks have no indication. You must see that the atack is coming or it wouldn't be fair. I'm not saying that it's should be easier but attacks have to be dogable. You can't make atack that will be impossible to survive unless it's in cutscene like situation, example of which is in snowgrave neo/ a different snowgrave. You can make attacks hard but possible. Just look at the triple threat. However if fight has a lot of these it would just be bad. You have to give players sense of freedom, control even in deltarune. You wouldn't play game that just spams nearly undoable attacks taking all your HP like snow tornado from side one. If you were standing anywhere closer to the edge, you wouldn't have time to react. It could be easily fixed with outline of the rectangle. The star atack was good but it didn't fit ice theme(snowflakes or icicles would work better). And before you say it's just animation, this animation is supposed to sell the illusion of being game, just like with disbelief papyrus.and that's all i have to say about what you can improve.
