How would the fact that we have direct mandates alter the speed of political change when direct mandates have 0 influence on seat distribution between the parties? I mean why that specifically? The only fundamental difference to your voting system is that we have coalitions instead of a winner takes all system and every vote is worth the same across the country. Other than that, we have rather similar systems.
ОтветитьGotta say, you have a fairly high number of AfD voters in your audience.
I'm not surprised but just be aware of that when reading the comments under political videos.
They certainly seem overrepresented here.
The federal government DE is faster than in the US, where the parties only block each other!
Ответить🇪🇺 Why Many People in Europe Want to Leave the EU:
It's important to understand that EU laws take precedence over national laws, which for many people doesn't feel very democratic; it feels more like being patronized. The EU often doesn't align with local conditions or desires, instead implementing what the 30,000 lobbyists in Brussels advocate for. This includes laws on issues like increased migration, CO2 taxes, bans on combustion engines, and regulations that further restrict free speech. These are just a few examples of why some people are critical of the EU and even consider leaving it altogether.
🏛️ Regarding the AfD Politician’s Statement:
It’s true that the phrase he used has historical connotations, but without context, it’s easy to misunderstand. In 2021, Björn Höcke, the AfD leader in Thuringia, ended a speech with, "Everything for our homeland, everything for Saxony-Anhalt, everything for Germany!" This led to a Green Party member filing a complaint, suggesting it referenced a darker period in history. However, most people in Germany didn’t recognize the phrase that way, and Höcke, a former trusted teacher and family man, said he wasn’t aware of its historical ties. Given that similar phrases have been used by others without issue, it seems the reaction might depend more on who said it and how it was interpreted.
Germany is an exporter. As such you need as much free trading agreements as you can get.
Leaving the EU will be very bad.
👁️ Pablo, navigating the news these days feels a bit like trying to solve a puzzle where every piece comes from a different box, right? It's interesting to see how different outlets paint the political landscape, especially during elections in Germany. If you're piecing together a fuller picture, you might stumble upon some gems in the realm of alternative analysis. There's this intriguing PJW-video (This Changes Everything) that throws some light on the less-talked-about angles. It's like finding that corner piece you didn't know was missing. Makes you wonder, with all this selective storytelling, how split the public's view has become. Thought this could add an interesting layer to your next discussion.
PS: If you could react to the PJW-video mentioned, that would be great! 😎
The only salvation for Germany is the AfD
the old parties have ruined Germany.
The AfD is also wrongly defamed as right-wing extremist and thank God more and more people are waking up to the fact that politicians and the state media are lying and trying to make the AfD look bad.
Our industry is going under, our women and even children are being raped so that women no longer go outside.
Every day knife attackers and even police officers are attacked.
And that is because of uncontrolled mass immigration.
Our country is going to the dogs.
BSW - Bündnis Sahra Wagenknecht („Alliance Sahra Wagenknecht“) is essentially a weird mix of extremely populist, pro-Russia, and anti-„Western democracy“, including anti-Israel and anti-American positions. Their leader‘s name is in the party’s name, which technically makes it a „Führer-style“ party. Some people refer to their leader as Ms „Zarenknecht“ - „the servant of the Tsar“.
ОтветитьMan, the amount of politically illiterate right wingers in these comments is disturbing
ОтветитьI love it absolut, when Outlanders to my Country react! It should more People given, who about Germany speak! Please make you more Videos about Germany ❤❤❤
ОтветитьRegardless of parties, I think it's terrible that someone like Björn Höcke, who is basically a facist, can win elections in Germany.
Ответитьwhere is the link to the original video/channel?
ОтветитьIn Thüringen stimmen nicht die Koalitions Partner den die CDU muss mit diesen Parteien Koalieren BSW Linke
ОтветитьDie Grünen können nicht Koalieren wegen der Fünfprozent hürde
ОтветитьDo you know that "Nazi"-Rethoric the AfD-Politican was sued for? I tell ya: "Everything for Germany"... now that is the next Adolf...
Ответитьi am from Germany (Bavaria) and me and many others are actually scared of what will happen if the AFD would win the national elections. But the problem is that many/most of the other parties wont rearly analyse why the f the AFD has gained so many votes and wont change their stragety. I just hope that the AFD wont win the elections next year. (sorry if there are many grammar and spelling mistakes)
ОтветитьIn my opinion, struggling with new parties like AfD and BSW, that threaten the dominion and overlooked topics of the old parties, is a very exiting part of politics. It has risk, but "no risk no fun" - the people wouldnt care that much about their important right to vote without such competition and conflicts amongs political parties.
ОтветитьI want to explain something here. In the video it was said, höcke is using nazi rhetoric, that is wrong. That is promoted by the left wing media. In reality he said "alles für deutschland", translating to: all for germany. This is a generic phrase that was never forbidden in germany and many people used it before and after, but suddenly höcke had to pay 13000 euros for saying it years ago in one speech. It was literally a smear campaign by the mainstream politics and media. The afd is currently the only party that is without fear attacking the corrupt establishment and telling the truth, thats why they are targeted like that. The party frequently distances itself from anything to do with nazis. I wouldnt even call them far right for the most part
ОтветитьWell, I come from Munich.
And of course I find it difficult to vote as a German because our left-wing parties always portray us very embarrassingly and do little to improve things.
And on the other hand, unfortunately we don't have enough right-wing parties, so the CDU is more in the middle and otherwise on the right there are only the FDP, which are liberals, and the AFD, which is divided by fascists like Björn Höcke or, unfortunately, the smaller group in the AFD, the normal right-wingers politicians who only want the best for Germany.
I think it's important that Germany looks more at itself, like many other countries.
I also like other countries and democracy but there is no real party that understands me well
Good election results
