BACKING TRACKS for LIVE PERFORMANCES - COMPLETE Step by Step Guide

Dude that vid was awesome, Thanks for all the hard work you did to school us on making b-tacks!

For those here with little or no experience running tracks, you have to know that it does NOT have to be as complicated as Scott is making it out to be, so don't get overwhelmed; you can go to the site, pan the click left, and the instruments you want in the backing track to the right. You can add cues but I wouldn't recommend his method, I would go to a P&W production site and you can download cues, pleasant sounding ones, and drop them into the click track ( Left) saying something as simple as, "chorus, one, two, three, four".
Then you are looking to split the stereo out of your tablet/laptop into two monos and put click into one channel and track into another at the mixer. Send both to the IEMs but only the track to front of house. And you're done 🙌.
One thing I always do is add two measures to the front of the backing track so drummer hears first measure and counts the band in on the second measure. I do that with Audacity. It's free and it's easy. ✌️ Again, it doesn't have to be as difficult as this video makes it out.

Just so that I’m understanding this. You need to individually download each stem for a song,

And what do you do with the click at the beginning of each stem? Are you removing in the the DAW or is there a trick to download the stem without the click at the beginning of the stem?
