I dont think all new accounts are hackers, and that's the problem, that's why cs wont have new players, as soon as new players join a game, they're either play against hackers, or someone reports them right away just because their account is new, then their trust factor drops and every game they play gets filled with hackers, and they'll never open cs again.

I found F12 report does work, just report 10 times same issue, can mute cheater, but some cheater cannot, maybe their cheating software stronger
