ОтветитьI just completed Day 3, and I must admit, I was sweating, cursing, and crying throughout the whole workout lol. My butt and thighs were on FIRE 🔥 😂 But I made it through! Thank you, Caroline, for all of your amazing content. You are fitness goals for me! On to day 4 🎉

Ответитьthis is a killer. I had to switch up between hip thrust and bridge and now it hurts even when I'm standing up 🥲🥲🥲 I use my 8 kg and 20 kg for this one, and of course my trusted glute band. oh... the shake, the burn 🙃🙃🙃🥲🥲🥲

I rlly needed to find the right surface for my hip thrusts 😭
With a full time job and having to take care of two kids afterwards and/or run errands, I have no time to go to the gym. But on days I can work from home, I can have intense and progressive lunch breaks and before bedtime routines with body stretches. I personally enjoy the music and workout without the constant talking and whooping and cheering lol Thank you so much :)

ОтветитьJust starting this series and I’m so glad I came across this channel this is the first workout to really motivate me to keep going. Day 1 kicked my butt though, I couldn’t walk, sit anything lol. I was sore 2 days after that. I make sure I stretch often doing these. Kinda nervous about day 3 but I’m going to push through. No pain, no gain!!💪🏾💪🏾

ОтветитьCan anyone suggest modifications for the Bulgarian lunges and hip thrusts? I know that she recommended the normal lunges and bridge exercises. I have difficulty getting down and up from the floor. I did the lunges but the bridges were hard to do for so long. Any standing modifications? I was so frustrated because I couldn't finish the tape.
