iPhone 13/13 Pro: How to Sync Google Calendar With the iPhone Built-in Calendar App

If my google account is my work account and and visible to my work once I do this will they be Abel to see my iPhone calendar appointments?

I get ok syncing Google to iphone but not any syncing iphone to Google. Apple need to do better!

I’ve done this 50x and my Apple calendar will not sync to my Google calendar!! Everything worked fine until I got a new phone

How do you merge or sync apple calendar INTO google calendar? I don't care for apple calendar & want to use google.
