GMRS radio #1.5 - Pushing the Buttons!

FINALLY! I should have done THIS video first, so let's call this episode #1.5
We are FINALLY talking about PUSHING THE BUTTONS on that radio!
i forgot to mention the light/monitor button below the PTT, check it out. obviously a handy LED light, but "monitor"? if you have a very weak signal coming in, but barely breaking squelch, push the MON button, that opens squelch all the way. you'll hear the whole "noise floor" but also might hear the person who is breaking in and out because of squelch setting. 👍
And, at no extra charge, the FM button lets you listen to local FM broadcast stations. really nice when hiking but no one to chat with.
