The support sucks… I tried to contact them several times… they never answered… 😢 guess they don’t like being customers friendly… anyway 280 dollars for a handheld console is a bit too much… yeah it’s around 280 dollars if you ship it to the Netherlands including tax so that’s a bummer… also notable they ripped the voice that saying Playdate from E.T. We all know what happend to the E.T. game… anyway if you guys aren’t that busy please respond!

After waiting a year to receive this thing, I have to say it's a complete disappointment. Abysmal battery life and oversimplified games. It's not retro cool. It's not fun. And it's more expensive than a Nintendo Switch Lite. "But you get so many free games!" Yes, if only they were worth playing and the device didn't die within a couple of hours of a full charge.
