Again, I’ve done a limited amount of actual building because I have no skills. I have however transformed my yard with just hard work and going to the experts for advice. Some things you have to figure out a way around the rules, I’m 77 and 4’11, so I do get help for the really hard stuff. As I said before you inspire me, and many others too I’m sure. Thank you, glad your Mom is proud. 👍🏻🤗

You did everything right but screwing into the tree can cause bad damage down the road. We had the same and had to cut it down from the previous owner.

Wire staircase and uplifted patio my favorite. Would love to see more details on the Mod Garage/Shed/Man Cave with plenty of outlets. The back flip was a nice touch, but yeah, don't try that at home. Next time, pump the cement. 85 bags is a hot mess.

That shed is my favorite of this entire build, the single slant roof was such a great touch and I’d like to think it was budget friendly vs doing a typical yard barn double slanted roof. I guess you could’ve went with a flat roof but I’d recommend not doing that! Unless the entire shed is constructed of metal and aluminum… this is the reason I like watching these kind of videos, I would’ve never thought about doing a slanted roof on something like a shed but now I think that’s my favorite roof for something like a shed or garage 😆

the only thing was the blue grass chemicals rounds you spread prior to sod... not necessary.... stop supporting and using toxic chemicals... very fresh clean and organized finish, tho.... i live on a more large wooded lot and used to have a newer lot like this and i really can see how nature is systematically annihilated...
