My issue is i lived in survival for so long now whenever i get close to the life and changes i wish to make i manifest evil things that prevent my authenticity its a form of precieved insanity and instability caused by feeling stable and sane . Its a hard one for me to navigate or find anyone who has experienced this much less overcome it . Most unexplainable or uncharted thing are mislabeled insantyity try teying to javigate life living backward to move forward

Dude I’m the opposite. I have no motivation in the morning and my anxiety and depression keeps me from going to the gym. After work I have way more motivation.

i tried waking up at 5AM to workout for 3 months. I decided to just do it at 6PM and it worked much better for me.

Actually, drinking coffee before working out is a good thing to do as it makes the workout more enjoyable and it can boost your performance.

a morning routine is very important as it starts you in the right direction mentally and physically. iv found for myself that if i do not get up early, even though i don't like getting up early, my day doesn't start right and i cant get everything i need to get done in a day finished. when i get up the first 15 minutes or less kinda suck but honestly once that passes i feel so glad i got up, especially if i get into my stretches or light cardio sessions depending on which day it is. it's pretty important. it won't be easy and isn't meant to feel great, but its the added benefits you feel after you start doing it.

The very first thing you should do when you wake up should be the most challenging tast of the day. It is scientifically proven that human willpower and determination is at it's highest right when we wake up and gradually lowers as the day goes on. This is why so many struggle to get to the gym after a long day at the office. When you begin your dat with exercise your mental capacity for handling stress nearly triples. Our brains recognize exercise as a period of stress. Heart rate increases and the brain kicks into a fight-or-flight response, as a defense to the supposed threat out brains product two chemicals. BDNF and endorphins, BNDF or brain deprives neurotrophic factor works to protect and repair your memory neurons and act as a reset switch. Thus clearing your mind and helping you make positive decision. Endorphins are realeased in order to minimize the discomfort of exercise. Block the sensation of pain and are even associate with the feelings of pleasure. BDNF and endorphins are the physiological reasons exercise makes you feel so good. The somewhat scary part is that these chemicals are highly addictive like morphine, heroin or nicotine. The only difference: While they're actually good for you. These positive mental effects have been shown to last throughout the entire day. Starting the day with a solid workout leads to better diet choices, a faster metabolism, more energy and a sense of accomplishment. A morning ritual can be any physically stimulating activity. A trail run, a bike ride, yoga, or even as basic as a dog walk around the block. There's no gym membership needed and there's absolutely no excuse not to. Next time you wake up don't start your day by checking your email or drinking coffee. Get up and immediately start moving, you will find that this is the first step in improving your life in every single area.

For about 3 months I’ve been waking up at 5 am Monday - Friday and working out for about an hour and a half. It’s been great and rewarding so far.
