ОтветитьAnother big mistake: if you have a problem tenant, do your regular- and complain- to your US representative and Senator. HUD supervisors won't take action on any complaint that doesn't come in on Congressional letterhead. ANd KEEP WRITING. 95% of the complaints HUD and Housing Authorities get are never followed up on. But the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
