Hi can you help me understand?

If using aurora over a 5% heal on block,

Aurora is 2% ES on block
Eldritch battery - ES guards mana
MoM - Heals you with 1/5th of mana regen

Is the interaction youre saying to go for, basically just replacing 5% heal on block with 1/5th of 2% ES heal? because i have like 5x-10x life than energy should, so 5% of 4000 vs 1/5th of 2% of 500...

Hi. First off, tyvm for sharing your build, I'm looking forward to trying it. I have a question about Deadly Ailments. I'm still fairly new to the game, so I am NOT questioning your judgement... I'm simply trying to understand how the build is meant to work. I see that the skill does 80% less damage on hits, but 30% more damage with ailments... is this skill used with WoC because the burning damage is more important than the hit itself? What I'm asking is, is the burning damage meant to be the main killer? Sorry for the noob question, and thanks for your time :)

If anyone thinks of crafting the boots, I'd use a fractured chaosres base and not the spell suppression one as chaos res has 1000 less weight. Easier to start with chaos res and hit spell supp.

As a league starter would you say this is better / easier to get going than lightning conduit elementalist?

just stumbled upon this video... and i really like it. the calm and logic way and structure is perfect even for poe noobs like me. do you play in hardcore? would you consider this build hc viable? cheers :)

I've been crafting an ignite Arma brand, and was pretty happy with it at the end. Then, out of curiosity, I switch out Arma for WoC. It doubled my dps, both hit and ignite. Yeah, I'm going with this one.

Ek ignite is best mapper I’ve played, but my god is it so squishy even with good gear

The surrender is another good option for shield.

The video is perfect, but it would be nice to have a pob with a range of budgets.

May I know how do you craft your shield?

Would like to ask if shield crush trickster is still viable with the removal of the lord of steel jewels and if it can be scaled with poison

i like ignite but i allways fail to go all in with one build at league start so my dmg suffers^^

I used WoC as a league start to do everything! Got 4 watchstones, unlocked every invitation (apart from feared). First time after 3.18 that I was so happy with my league start choice.
Now I changed to EK, as it is a significant faster mapper and the gems/gear/build is very similar.
This build has entered my all-time favorite league starters ❤️
Edit: After seeing your video Ten, I'm considering to go back to it. Still have the gear 😁

I also came to the same conclusion about using WoC over EK. Unless the build gets nerfed, it will be my go to league starter going forward.

Nice guide! I have been playing this build for some time and gathered 4-5 div and don’t know what to upgrade. Do you have any recommendations for an upgrade path for this build?

This looks great. I completely lost the desire to play on my Toxic Rain champ i might try this.

After watching your previous video, I was inspired to try the skill and it is very satisfying (to me at least). I cast a (blue) wave and follow it; it is like I am surfing. I am in SSF, so I have to improvise for the defense, I am not following exactly your build. I found a Pyroshock Clasp which converts 30 phys dam into fire/lightning, that something, right?
But cool skill, one of my favorites from now on, highly recommend if you like the one hit/running play-style, I guess.

Shockwave totems, played it since day 1. got it to 25mill combined dam. God knows how many divs lol
