Be Happy | practice English with Spotlight

Dear all happiness is a great blessing from Goad. Happiness comes from people and sadness. I have a friend and do love very him and his children. His children are very cute but he went abroad to Candia with his family he didn't tell me when he is going. so I kept doing contact with him but he didn't reply to me. Eventually, I remembered that he has a Facebook account so then I contacted him and he talked to me very short time and told me I would talk to you later. I was waiting for it so then I went to my Facebook account but he deleted me. So I am very sad. What I do because I really want to talk to him and love his family.

I will be so happy if i find someone her ready to practise speaking English whith me everyday only for one hour and he or she has to choose the time that suits him or her

I' m trying to write a diary of gratitude. I find that Is very important and useful to focus on the the positive things that happend in your day.

some people thinks Happines depends on being rich and beautiful . but. it isn t correct it depends on persons life some of people born happy but some of them not.
and I think being happy is depend on person which person has a good character and helpful he is happy in the world

Yeah i think that im happy although im tired and descourage to do a lot of necessary things
For me i have a lot of which makes me happy like:
1- wake up early before the sunshine when the IMAM call us for AL-Fajr praying
I perform abulotion and i go to the mosque for being between GOD hands and God is so close to me that's mean everything i ask and pray for it it'll be real that's makes me so happy and gratitude for god advantages
2- being in a good health because i experienced the bad diseases and it was so difficult to dealing with them
and for now they are so terrible memories
3- having a hard training session after take a good shower then have a healthy meal which contain all the necessary for building a fit body after dress a clear clothes and hangout with my close friends
That's make me the owner of earth not just happy 🤣🤣
Music also can change my mood but not a lot i think she gives me energy to invest it in things which makes me happy

yes I am happy. Traveling , meeting friends , and prayer fell me happy. I thankful for my great family ,and for sure I thankful for my close friends. The song do not affect me.
