Can you tell me please ,what can I buy from switchbot in order to control my AC unit, meaning if the AC is turned on and somebody is leaving the Room

Do you think it can pick up a screen turning on? My apartment can only unlock if the doorbell is rang. I have a switchbot to click the buzzer to unlock but I can only do it if I know it’s ringing. Do you think the motion can read the screen turning on and activate the switch bot to unlock the door for someone?

can the contact sensor turn on my lights? like hue lights
