This letter is important because we need it to form the past tense of verbs like ahed, aced, axed, aped & aged & to make the D sound on its own like in dah, dad, dag, dab & Dan, but it’s useless in the words schedule, nodule, module, hierodule, glandule, cadge, fadge, badge, adjacent, adjective, adjoin, adjourn & adjutant because they should be spelt schejule, nojule, mojule, hierojule, glanjule, caj, faj, baj, ajacent, ajective, ajoin, ajourn & ajutant
