Instant Neck and Shoulder Pain Relief

My left shoulder has had pain for the past 10 years. Just rotating my arm out like that causes a lot of pain in that shoulder. :( How can I help decrease that pain??

This helped ease it but I feel the pain is bore in the back portion of my shoulder shorting into the back of my neck. Is there any other exercises I could do for that?
