Hi man!
What if i record in 2.7K 60fps, BUT using max lens (so the image looks more like a square)? Is this consider as most compatible file?
Hello Thanks for all this info great video ! What I did was download the mp4s from the Gopro app to my iPhone then airdrop to Macbook then used for editing. It did take time but worth it !
ОтветитьI'm sure mine has a setting where u can tell it to record in 264 or Hv as priority
ОтветитьThis is great info. thanks
ОтветитьThankyou brother.. very informative ❤
Ответитьyou are a life saver!!!! almost thought my SD card was corrupted
ОтветитьWOOOW ! I'VE LOOKED FOR THIS EXPLANATION FOR 2 DAYS STRAIGHT ! Thank you so much.
Ответить4k 30fps is what i want to use but for some season it comes out laggy also. It seems it has to be 1080p only
ОтветитьThanks man! This is Kees from the Netherlands. I am travelling with my new GoPro 9 and old MacBook Pro. Most footage looks awful. I was very disappointed must say. Now there is hope on the horizon. When I get back I will try on my newer iMac. If that doesn't work I will use Handbrake. I used Handbrake before for other projects. God Bless
Ответитьwho the hell uses an iphone i mac
Ответитьexcellent video. fixed my problem. thanks for the share!
ОтветитьWhat about if you are live streaming to twitch on the go and your live stream is choppy?
Ответитьthank you so much i didn't know it was my computer lol i was going through so many settings and SD cards wondering what i was doing wrong.
ОтветитьThanks for the tip.
ОтветитьVery helpful video, my go pro videos kept buffering when playing them from my nas to pc, I can play them smooth now after converting them, thank you!!
ОтветитьThank you!! ♥♥♥
Ответитьsir, question, how do I know if the file is formatted hevc or h264? it seems all files have .mp4 extensions. thank you!
ОтветитьI love the honesty.
ОтветитьI have a lot of footage. What should I do? Download the handbrake software?
ОтветитьThanks
Ответитьit helped!😇
Ответитьi have newest mac ever.. but my gopro sucks.. i was doing video from left to right.. and some 2-3 milliseconds are too fast and it goes normal again..
eventhough if i watch it in gopro.. same..
i'm using hero 9 but before it was good and its 4k footage was also good. but now the 4k footage is little bit blurry. any solution??
ОтветитьMy computer is fine but this is still happening, could it just be that my memory card has to slow of a read and write speed?
ОтветитьHello, do you know why my gopro 9 is recording separate audio files alongside my audio/ video files? I would ike to find out how to stop this so I dont keep running out of space on my SD card. Thanks
ОтветитьThank you!!!
ОтветитьIt got me to sort my choppy footage this. However in the camera preferences menu on my hero10 you have the option of switching between HEVC and HEVC+H264
I set mine to H264 4K 30fps. It works fine now.
Be much better if they (GoPro) told you all this 😂
I’m going to try 5.3K now using the setting above. I’ll report back if it’s choppy/lagging or not. This video definitely sent me in the right direction. 👍 cheers
what do i put the but rate to?
Ответитьwill it work oh GoPro hero 8?
ОтветитьThank you so much for this! Yesterday I went to the beautiful Savo Island, and when I went through the footage, it was all laggy. Now it's all fixed. THANK YOU!
ОтветитьI have a hp laptop 14
ОтветитьI tried editing my GoPro video on da Vinci resolve and software kept lagging and crashing
ОтветитьI am using a gopro hero 7 device, recently I've shot some video on 2.7k 60fps, the video freezes after some time but the audio continues to record. I cannot preview the file even on my gopro, I'm using a recommended sd card. Is there any way I can retrieve the footage?
Ответитьthank for the info !! helped a lot !
ОтветитьSo much bullshit from GoPro, don't they get millions to just make things easier for the clients, such as just being able to film and edit without a long freaking downloading from here to there
Ответитьno longer works
Ответитьthank you.your the best!
ОтветитьThank you so much
ОтветитьI have a hp 15 4gb is that good for this also?
ОтветитьThanks for the help, champion man.
Ответитьthanks, that did the trick!
ОтветитьIma try this thank you 🐐
ОтветитьThanks.
ОтветитьThanks for video!
I have a very strong computer and I can process 4K/60 video from DJI Mini 2 without any problems and the video is absolutely fluid, but the same resolution from GoPro 9 (so 4K/60) is still laggy. I record manual, shutter speed 60, 4K/30, 5500K, ISO100 (maximum also 100), Flat color, medium sharpness.
Video compression has no effect, so the same thing happens no matter what compression I use ...
Can you please give me some advice to solve this problem?
thanks so so much , i freaked out today , this video saved my life dude
ОтветитьI'm so pissed! I have a gopro 9 and I did record at 1080 p 60 fps and I still have choppy footage! And I purposely bought a computer that I believed was set up to handle 4k. I have 16 gb RAM, AMD Ryzen 5 1600 6 core processor, 3.20 ghz, 64 bit operating system. So frustrating I have no clue what I should do?
ОтветитьTHANK YOU! It may be a slow solution, but I'll be able to use the footage of my son that otherwise appeared to be unusable..
ОтветитьI recorded 4k 60fps and then I tried to edit it on premiere pro on my computer and all the footage was lagging. I thought it was the computer not being able to handle premiere pro. Then I tried in a recent mac and everything was lagging too. I searched for it and found this video! Thank you! I will give it a go.
