I love how you include “4,000 calories” in your title like it’s a bad thing that you’re eating 4,000 calories of healthy fish oil fats, protein, vitamins, and minerals instead of, like, a bag of chips.

Are you now sick of tuna??? I love tuna but wow that has its limit!! It’s like when you go to the sushi restaurant and realise you have hit that wall!! And get stuck. You get that rice ball in your tummy and it stays with you all day!!

Would be great if you put the name of the place in the description of the video, Chris. I think there are possibly quite a few viewers that live in Japan like myself that would love to go to some of these locations and don't want to backtrack through the video to find the exact spot where you said the name.
However, this is just advice from a person that is too lazy to search for where you said the name 🙃. Great vid as always! I think I will go here next year as a work trip with some friends!

As an ABC the American part of me is saying only 4k calories in fish and rich thats nothing like the Asian/Chinese part of me is saying I love sashimi and rice. So overall i could do this every day if i had the chance with ez and love it.

As a body builder, I'm sitting here thinking about how much protein this bowl of tuna must contain, and to top it off, it's got rice. Mmmmmmm get in my belly.

And Japan is wiping out the tuna population
