Started working out 5 weeks ago.
Wanted to lose weight and had zero motivation. I hated cardio.
I made a combination workout using this warm up, then a 15 min chloe ting hit, and then chloe ting abs. I would also do either arms, legs, arms or butt to complete using some other videos.
Worked out 5 days a week and took Oxyshred will gave me a boost and helped me burn fat. Stopped sugar and minimised carbs. Ate more protein and naturally wanted to eat healthier as I started feeling fit.
It felt pretty hard at first and tbh it still is. But now I get comments on how much weight I lost. My okd clothes fit and the rolls on my belly have gone ! I still have a long way to go but honestly consistency is your secret ingredient.
I feel so motivated to keep going and realised its really not as hard as you think.
Believe in yourself and push yourself. You owe it to yourself.

instead of focusing on finishing the whole challenge, go baby steps and focus on finishing that week. Weeks go by FAST and next thing you know you're almost or more than halfway through your challenge! 💪💖

ОтветитьI really don't think that starting a warm-up with a plank exersize is a good idea. Plank rotation is a hard and complicated exersize, it is not fit for a warm-up. Also, it puts a great strain on the wrists and ankles, which are not warmed up yet. It may cause trauma.
ОтветитьI never do this videos with the audio on bc i like listening to my playlists or some podcast while i work out, today the sound was on and boom Spanish Chloe😂 lil surprised there but also very happy, this is gonna reach a lot of spanish speakers and allow them to be healthier❤
