How to Install on WINDOWS???

I installed Pillow using pip but i am getting the following error:
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'PIL'

Btw splitext is not split text

Splitext = split extension

"Pillow and PIL cannot co-exist in the same environment. Before installing Pillow, please uninstall PIL."

Is PIL pre-installed on the default Python installation? If yes, how do we do that?
