I have the same country bean frother and I follow the same method for Cafe Mocha.
For cappuccino, I am unable to get that creamy/frothy coffee if I whisk it with my hands. How much time did it take for you to whisk it to get that heavenly texture of foam?

ОтветитьOk.. So I tried the cafe Mocha for my hubby. It turned out awesome. Only one tiny thing... The caffeine was a bit too strong for his taste.... But I guess that's how cafe Mocha's gotta be... Thankyou Shivesh!!!!
ОтветитьPro tip: Place the milk in the freezer and let it semi solidify and then make cold coffee. Also we don't have to add ice. It's thicker as we get in cafe without adding ice- cream or anything.

And God bless you for providing measurements in grams and ml as well. It was so convenient to just put a cup on the measuring scale and make my coffee without taking out any measuring cups and spoons!
A suggestion: 250ml milk is wayy too much milk for someone who loves the zehreela dark coffee taste in their mouth (e.g., me). So I am going to make this again with 200ml milk. Or maybe 180ml. What do you think? 😊
