Does anyone know why whenever I do this or really any recipe that contains garlic and noodles, the noodles never come out tasting anything like garlic?

Short of a full Sunday Sauce meal -- macaroni, sauce, meatballs, sausages, pork, braciole -- spaghetti aglio e olio is my favorite way to make spaghetti!!!

You want to cook the garlic in oil that is not too hot? Oh! That is like cooking a steak until it done! Not helpful.
