instead of using peel off masks to clean out all that pesky dirty sometimes stinky sebum is to eat a clean plant based high in fruit diet.
i have noticed that cheese and processed meat high in fat make my sebum smell bad. especially behind the ears for me.
but that makes sense, since sebum is not just fat that your body creates out of nothing.
the fats you eat are literally coming out of you again.
nothing helped me more with my skin health and kinda sebum overproduction in some places than eating clean plant based low fat.
more than any cream or peel off mask or washing routine ever did.

I wish I had watched this before trying out the mask...I was just honestly desperate to get the blackheads and pimples out. I've tried all kinds of skincare products and most have not worked at all and some made it worse. The only Skincare products that I've used that actually worked and relatively fast was curology products but damn that 60 dollars a month is not easy for me to scrounge up!

I'm having a hard time been desciplined enought for washing my face twice a day with exfolient and water. So i found a alternative, its some face whipse that is made to minimise the pore. The brand is : Luxe beauty care. I try that from Dollorama actually for 4$ 😅 those are in my morning/night routine now, placed next to my bed so i don't forgot anymore and the resulte are satisfaying for my face skin. ✌

tried salicylic acid and diff products but did t work out 😩 still have stubborn blackheads and whiteheads. is there any safe like manual methods other than creams and stuff to remove them? maybe go to a dermatologist and do a facial? cz i hear popping and removing with fingers is bad and not safe

I stray from using them weekly or so. Like maybe every so often or few months. But some people live by those things weekly and that can't be good.

Hi hyram i have very dry skin but also very visible sebaceous filaments, i am looking for a product to diminish the sebaceous filaments but at the same time that doesn’t strip my skin excessively, please help!

If you’re supposed to get anything off your skin that makes it hurt or burn... what about TCA? I thought he advocated for chemical peels??

And isn’t the pain from from these peel off masks just the mask pulling out every little hair? Yea... we have a lot of tiny hairs all over our face lol.

I’ve never had any issues with whiteheads or blackheads. The skin around my nose has always been decent. The worse i get is large open pores in the morning but that’s usually when i over moisturise my dace the day before — it usually disappears within a few hours.

I’ve always exfoliated my face weekly so that was probably a contributing factor. I’m so ad i found this vid bc it was calling not to try this kind of mask🤣. I don’t wanna throw money at somin that won’t do anything long term.
