SOLUTION FOR TELEGRAM FILES NOT SHOWING

If anyone want any help . you can comment here 🥰

My documents , videos , images, files got deleted automaticallly which i had saved , downloaded in telegram folder before 1 week,
almost 4000 videos and many more files which were there till today afternoon but in evening i checked it ,
all were gone which were saved before 1 week, which ever i had saved after 1 week all are ther but before 1 weeks all files
got automaticallly deleted, how did it got auto deleted and how can I recover it back ?

There is no file here too 😪 but in settings|apps folder, it says Telegram has 32 gb cache😓 on Mi 11 lite
