Best Rune in No Rest for the Wicked 100% Meta! (Risen Blade's Ice Throw)

One of the best Runes to get in No Rest for the Wicked is the 'Ice Throw,'. It gives you both Ice which freezes enemies and the ability to throw your weapon from far with damage on both when you hit enemy and when it gets back to you. You get it with the weapon 'Risen Blade' (might be with others, I yet to find one), an Intelligence scaled-based one-handed curved sword. You can later extract it and use it on other weapons. This is a 100% meta right now, freeze and throw and you get it both on a single rune. If you playing intelligence only build and you get this weapon early on like in level 7-8, invest on intelligence and you'll demolish everything!
