Hey bro, im using this card with 16gb ram and a i5 9400f and i get under 60% gpu usage and a lot of drops i dont think anything bottlenecks how do all of you people on the benchmarks get like 99% gpu usage i wanna do it too

I just bought it, but in some games like GTA V, F1 2018, Assassin's Creed Origins... with everything on ultra settings, the fans get really loud at 2500 revolutions per minute or more (80% speed), but the graphics card doesn't get hot, it stays at a maximum of 70 degrees. Is it normal for the graphics card to make noise when it's running at 100% GPU usage? Thanks
