ОтветитьSo, if what you say is true, then taking proton pump inhibitors for GERD is a huge problem. It would likely be much better to address the cause of the GERD which frequently is obesity. For myself, much of my pain (feet, hands, hips knees) went away after I managed my weight problem and was able to stop the ppi and other medications.

I take medicine to make the blood flow better. I feel sometimes pain in my heart and I am worried about going to have a heart attack. Has anybody had the same experience and maybe a solution? Thanks!

ОтветитьI found a remedy online a few years ago when one morning I found myself with excruciating pain from heel spurs. The remedy was adding 1 tablespoon to a glass of water 2x a day for 1 week the pain subsided. By the 2nd week the pain was gone. I kept doing this 2 or 3 days out the week for a few weeks just to make sure. I do the apple cider with mother every few months. I feel it should keep the excess of calcium buildup out of the body.

Ago. Since then l have been treadmilling 1.25 mi a day in 35min. And the clot seems to be less restricted. AMEN. Like l told the drs when my time comes God will call my name at that time Not before.! Amen.!!
great video but i don't think medical institutions in Spain - where i am having quite an expensive medical insurance - are ready for this; medicine in Spain is more like a lottery i.e. sometimes you get it sometimes you don't; i had a partial tendon rupture caused by calcification, and the doctors who i turned to where helpless and the course of treatment they proposed was a joke... i only managed to improve things - after having my left hand disabled in 90% of its normal scope - when i took a firm hold of the situation and almost restored the functionality of my shoulder using TENS devices and exercises that i invented myself, however my both shoulders are painful non-stop and i have many other spots where the tendons are apparently calcified.. Nevertheless, all blood counts are just unremarkable and show no deviations!

ОтветитьWow, soo many conflicting views on vitamin D supplements. I just watched a video where we were told taking 50,000 iu of D3 was recommended once or week. I'm glad I didn't listen to that advice.
ОтветитьYou mention Vitamin D. You failed to mention which Vitamin D. There is ‘D’, ‘D2’, ‘D3’. All three do different things. Plain Vitamin D (D1?) will eventuallly convert to D3, but it lossy process. Take a lot of Vitamin D to make D3. So which one is used? All of them? I cant get enough natural D3 because I cant get enough sun. So enlighten us please (no pun intended).

I found this video very helpful. I have been taking Nattokinase for the last year and Vitamin D and magnesium for many years. The weak spot for me looks like my adrenals. Because of this video I looked back at a hair sample analysis I had done almost a year ago. I discovered that my sodium level was near the bottom of the reference range and my potassium was below the minimum, even though I have taken a separate potassium supplement daily for the last 40+ years. I never imagined that I would be low in sodium or potassium, or that it would contribute to my high coronary calcium scan score. Thanks Felix!
