To say they will Dominate CATL in manufacturing EV batteries, it is to be seen, as CATL also has the upper hand in all of its R&D in battery tech. It is several iterations ahead of what they are delivering to car manufacturers. Even Tesla has several other solutions in the works despite producing their 4680 battery.
