Love that you used a normal cut of beef that the normal working man can afford...love your videos and products I have many in my bbq arsenal...keep up the great work Matt
Ответитьhow long did you let it rest?
ОтветитьI injected the W sauce before smoking. Family LOVED the flavor!
ОтветитьDo you have an au jus method you use?
Ответитьlol Matt you are awesome brother!
ОтветитьThat 100% isn’t medium rare 😂 that’s like medium rare
ОтветитьAlthough it looks cool to french those bones in the end, it's a waste of imho the best tasting meat on that whole roast. I guess if you don't mind ripping yourself off have at the frenching. Because you do pay for the meat that you're just giving back to your butcher to re sell to someone else typically. Unless you french it yourself and save that meat for burgers or whatever, but I'd rather keep that meat on for the cook. I would think most people agree
ОтветитьHow long did you let it rest?
ОтветитьKeep’em coming Matt!!! I’m not mad it! 😂
ОтветитьI just looked up that cut on 44 Farms website, $199.99. I guess my affordable is different than yours.
ОтветитьDid you use any wood smoke chips while cooking?
ОтветитьFor those that didn't take a minute to look that up, that piece of meat ordered from 44 is $200. That's my budget for all the meat I buy in a month. I don't personally call that affordable. It probably is for some and compared to a wagu of prime rib it might be considered affordable. But 75% of Americans don't consider that reasonable
Ответитьabout how thick of slice per person, having 10 people over, what size of prime roast should i buy,
ОтветитьPro tip-use avacado oil, high smoke point
ОтветитьAwesome job
Ответить140 t to red for me sorry
ОтветитьWhat size of a cutting board do you have?
ОтветитьIf you can smell the W on a prime, you got too much W. You are already smoking an amazing piece of meat, it doesn’t need the W. It’s just gonna overpower a really expensive piece of beef. IMO. Looked great though
ОтветитьHey Matt, thanks for this video. This prime rib was the hit of our Thanks Giving day dinner this year .
ОтветитьFollowing this recipe for Thanksgiving today. I appreciate this very much. Oh and where do I get that New Era lid at Matt? 😂
ОтветитьThanks for this video I am going to smoke a rib roast tomorrow for Thanksgiving dinner my only regret is not having some of that holy cow and W sauce
Ответитьthis is the way to pronounce this word (as I was corrected and shamed years ago: “Wuss- t- sure”. It’s a crazy word, phonetically.
ОтветитьAwesome video thank you
ОтветитьAnother barbecue infomercial...
ОтветитьHey Matt, have you ever tried to “lift” the bones off the meat, than butcher tie them back on? It’s great for getting that delicious looking seasoning on the whole meat, instead of having the bone area not as seasoned! Loved the video man! Looks delicious
ОтветитьI followed your procedure today on a modified drum smoker. The ribs came out looking just like your photo. My guests could not have been happier.
ОтветитьAs soon as you say Is Tomahawk, you not only paid for bone, but you paid for extra bone, which translates to wasted money. You're paying prime rib prices for bone...... I'm sure your dog appreciates it.
Looks great other than that.
Saved for Christmas!!!!’
ОтветитьW Sauce is the bomb. They have a spicy one out now, too.
ОтветитьDig all the videos. Question, my wife can’t eat bacon but Brussels sprouts yes. What is a substitute. Thanks and keep up the awesome recipes and videos.
ОтветитьFeed a couple of families?? You haven’t seen my family eat!
ОтветитьChoice looks prime already 🔥
ОтветитьI love the W Sauce, but my favorite is the Fire Shire sauce
ОтветитьI just followed this recipe and it turned out fantastic.
ОтветитьWhere do you get the W saluse
ОтветитьHow long did he let that meat rest? He said, quite a while, but what does that mean?
ОтветитьMaaaaan, I can't wait for Christmas to do this. Great video, thank you.
ОтветитьLea and perins best worse Chester sauce ever from New zealand 👌
Ответитьlooks fantastic
ОтветитьI made a spray bottle mixed 50/50 Worcestershire/apple juice and sprayed as often as often as a baste… HOLY MOLEY! Turned out amazing.
Ответитьlooks awesome
Ответитьwent to your website, which rub is 6he garlic and herb
ОтветитьYou didn’t give your cameraman any???
ОтветитьJust cooked this! My mouth is watering and the meat is resting & the Smell is wonderful🤤! 🥩!
ОтветитьBeen making the same brussels for years. Sometimes I chop up asparagus and throw them in there too
ОтветитьDoing one for Easter today!
